The Strongest Man in the World

Years ago when my children were smaller we spent time in the pool together. We would play football.  I would get on one end of the pool and they would all three be on the other end.  When I had the ball they would dog pile me and try to keep me from reaching the other end of the pool, which was my goal line. And of course I had to show them who was still “the Boss” and I would drag them to the other end of the pool with me scoring. They thought I was the strongest man in the world. I would agree them.

What they did not realize, was that I had a hidden advantage that helped me accomplish such great feats. It was the water. The water caused them to be buoyant which made it easier for me to drag them to the other end of the pool and be the strongest man in the universe, or at least in my home anyway.

Life-giving leaders have a hidden advantage that allows them be strong under great loads of pressure. It gives them an almost bigger than life ability to accomplish amazing feats and it’s really easy to activate. It takes more “work” to remember than to activate.

It’s called joy.

Joy is part of the recreated human spirit. It is installed inside of life-giving leaders. It is activated when we are full of hope. Happiness is different that joy. Happiness is based on what we can only understand with our fives senses. But joy is an eternal fruit of our recreated spirit and is activated by daily by celebrating life. The power of joy rises from our recreated spirit into our soul; mind will and emotions.

Joy is very measurable in the lives of those who know how to activate their joy. These life-giving leaders have fun and celebrate life, and not just their life, but also the lives of those around them. They are always looking for something in life to celebrate.  They release the God infused joy that is within their spirits.

Make a focus to celebrate and be thankful about your life and the lives of those around you. Always be looking for something to celebrate. When you do this long enough it will become easy.   Push through the initial emotions and see what lies beneath your soul.  Train your mind will and emotions to live from your spirit.

Release Joy into your soul and…

Be Life Giving!
